How booking an experience works, from enquiry to the day itself.
Booking
Pick a date and the number of guests, or — for listings shown as “Contact for price” — send the host an enquiry with your dates. The host confirms availability, the final price and the meeting point by email. Bookings made through the site are backed by our service guarantee.
On the day
You’ll get the exact meeting point and host contact details in your confirmation. Arrive a few minutes early. Each listing’s page shows the duration, what’s included, and what to bring.
Payments
Prices are per guest in euros (€). A 12% service fee is added at confirmation. You only ever pay the total shown before you confirm — no hidden charges.
